So I got this action camera a few years ago with my mobile contract just under a year ago now I changed provider and got another phone so I have downloaded the app for the action camara and everytime I link the phone to the camera the app just crashes and shuts down so now I have a camera witch I paid for that I cannot do anything with can anyone help please!!?

@Evesy93 What device are you now using ? The app on iOS was last updated 2 years ago so probably not compatible with your new device.

i'm having exactly the same issue, and the help page you linked to is pretty useless doesnt say much that isnt in the guide that came with the camera

@OctoBud Seeing as the app hasn’t had an update for 2 years I’m not surprised you have issues. The app wasn’t written or updated for your OS and EE don’t even sell that device anymore.

So what if they don't sell the device anymore? People have paid for something that they can no longer use because EE have dropped support for the app. It's not like a TV that will still work but wont get any new updates. This piece of crap that EE have made does not work without an app that they do not update. EE are treating their customers with disdain in ignoring this issue.

I totally agree. I've just tried using it with my 10yr old kid. It's a paperweight now.

I can't believe how much I spent on the product (which they continued to charge me for long after the contract ended - as in for years) and now I'm trying to use both the watch and the camera is dead.
