Hi Guys,
I'm having an issue with my 4g currently. It works for a couple of minutes and then all of a sudden it won't load anything and I receive notifications on chrome that their is no internet connection. The issue has continued for the past couple of days. This happens on all apps.
The coverage is always been at I'll bars.
I have tried resetting apn. Using 3g only seems to keep me online.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is this problem only happening in one location, or several?
Have you tried restarting your phone?
Is there anything reported on the coverage & status checker for your area? Choose "check network" or "I have a problem"?

Hi,
It is happening in all locations, at work and at home. Both locations have never had any previous issues with coverage.
I have checked the coverage and status checker, everything is ok. I have restarted the phone. Same issue. I have switched over to 3g for the time being which seems to have worked. Although why is 4g not working?

If you're having problems in different locations, it would tend to suggest more of a device issue.
Do any other EE users in those same locations have any issues, that you could compare with? If there is a problem with the EE network, it would affect many/all users in those areas.
