Hi,
My phone has suddenly broke - battery is terrible, it overheats, won't connect to the internet or allow blue tooth connections. This happened suddenly, my phone was in perfect condition before. I was wondering if there was a way for me to get a new contract or any other means to get a new phone? My contract doesn't end until October of this year, and I would rather not pay the early upgrade fee as I am still paying monthly for a phone that has internal damage that I didn't cause.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Thanks for getting back to me @mpage16.
Apple warranty is only for 12 months.
I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with our technical care team who can run a full diagnostics for you.

Good Morning @mpage16.
Thanks for coming to the community.
What phone are you using?
Do you currently have insurance?
When did this occur?

Hi!
It's an Iphone 6S, so I suspect the issues with the device are due to Apple's new IOS update not being accessible on my phone. I no longer have insurance, I'm pretty sure I had it for the first year but it has recently expired. And these issues began around 2-3 weeks ago.
