Hi,
I have recently moved house and have a 4GEE MiFi mini device and sim that I was hoping to use for internet until I could get a new line put in. I can get the device up and running and connect computer and phone to the network, but I am completely unable to add on a data package to the SIM. I go to the add-on page while connected to the network, or try to add data through either the phone or over the internet and I only have the option to add PAYG top up, but no data add ons...
I think I've gone around in circles for at least six hours this week trying to solve this...

Do you have enough credit balance for an add-on?

I believe so, I added £10 of credit when it kept directing me to the “top up” page when I clicked on the “add-on” link.

I've got no idea why it isn't letting you buy an add-on then.
I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if they can look into this for you.
Let us know what they say.
