Hi. My phone was kinda lost together with the sim card. I rarely used the number but now i need to use it as it was connected to my bank and few other stuffs. How do i reactivate the line? Im in oversea and i have topped up the line successfully. I cant call EE / 150 because the line is barred. I also couldnt chat with support as im on pay as you go plan. Please help as this is really urgent and important.

The subject of your post says you've been inactive for 8months, have you read through the hibernation policy ?
Assuming you have topped it up, your SIM should be active again and should work. If you reboot your phone, does it show signal bars for a local network wherever you are?
I'm not sure where your phone being "kinda lost together with the SIM card" fits in? Are you saying you've topped it up but have also lost it?
