Nhs perks

My nhs perks account has been deactivated as I did not verify it within the correct time frame. It now won't let me make a new account as it says mine already exists. I was told to email someone from EE (who I had spoken with on the phone regarding my issue) which I did two months ago and still havnt heard anything back.
