Upgrade Query

I am now in the last 100 days of my contract, if I wished to upgrade would I still need to swap my old phone in as part of an early upgrade deal?

 

Am I better to wait till the last 45 days of my contract or does it not make a difference?

Hi @marcg75

 

If you would like to upgrade early without trading your phone in, you could pay an early upgrade fee. It's usually the monthly plan price multiplied by the remaining months of your contract (minus VAT).

 

Or you could wait until the last 35 days, when you can upgrade without an early upgrade fee. 🙂
