4GEE WiFi wont connect to Amazon Fire Stick

Guys,

I am working away from home due to the pandemic and have taken my fire stick with me. On the settings it recognises my 4GEE WiFi but it wont accept the password, then when I have entered it says disconnected!

Works on the hotel internet but due to the amount of people its hit and miss. Any ideas what I can do please?

Have used this setup before or at home with the MiFi or is this the first time you have tried it.
