My 4GEE WiFi signal drops in and out. It is situated in the same place and shows full signal coloured blue. However sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t. The 4GEE online page shows a low signal but the mini unit maintains a strong blue signal.
Can someone help with this issue.
When it works it’s fast. Other times it shows a low 3G signal, and my unit still shows a full blue signal strength.

Welcome to the community.
Have you checked your postcode in our Network Status Checker?
Do you have any other EE devices that work fine in the same household?
Have you tried restarting the device?

Hi Yes I've checked the network status etc. The signal just drops out from time to time.
The wifi mini would still show a full signal. But the http://4gee.wifi/index.html#/index.
still shows no signal. I don't understand why?

Do you lose WiFi connection any devices when the signal drops?
Also, do you have any other EE device? if so, do they lose signal?

Yes I lose Wifi connection on my PC and my non EE Mobile phone. Or it is very slow.
I only use the Wifi mini in my lockup. So no other EE device is affected.

I would suggest reporting this on our EE Network Status Checker, our network team will check the area and get back to you with an update, to let you know if this is a signal problem.
