4GEE WiFi Upgrade

Hello All,


I have the 100gb 4GEE WiFi package, the 18 months ends on May 27th. The app notified me saying I could upgrade early for free, so I followed the instructions and chose the unlimited package. The problem is, I think I now have 2 WiFi packages because I have 2 numbers on the app and the new unlimited WiFi came with a new SIM card, will my old 100gb package end automatically on May 27th or am I going to have to ring up to sort all this out?

Hi @AshTM

 

Welcome to the community. 

 

Our Mobile Care team will be able to get this looked into for you if you give them a call on either 150 from an EE mobile or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone.

 

They will let you know if this has been added as an additional SIM card and not an upgrade, and go through your options.
