Because my 4gee router was not working on the wi fi side i have now got a replacement on installing it i now find the wi fi is working great but the Ethernet is coming up with unidentified network no internet help please i,m pulling my hair out.
Hi Colin. I suspect this is because your new router needs 'introducing' to your pc or whatever - it's a new device. I set my 4G router up 6 months ago so can't remember what I did exactly, wasn't too difficult though. Good luck!
