Hi
just got the home router, ordered some antennae doe it too
sim card in correctly but keep getting red network light and no signal I have 4-5 coverage where I am normally
I have reset it a few times and that hasn’t helped
any tips?

Hi Claire..is the sim card new as well? If so it might not have been activated yet. When I got my new 4gee router plus sim it did take a few hours before the signal went live. Try the sim from your phone to rule this in or out.

Welcome to the community.
That's a great question from @wardi. It could be that the SIM card hasn't registered yet. Do you have any other EE devices that are working as normal?

It shouldn't take longer than 24 hours for your SIM to activate. Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can check it has been activated.
