4G signal lost after updating to iOS 14

Jambo234

Yesterday I updated my iPhone SE 2020 to the latest iOS.

Since then, I've had little to no 4G coverage: Download speed of 1MB per second when it's working, but half the time there's zero coverage. I've tried restarting my device and switching mobile data on / off.

Any other suggestions / is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

I've combined your posts with another thread from last week where other users had the same problem, with some suggested solutions.

Thanks but still no joy..

im going to try and find a iOS 13 to download..

oh by the way my sim works fine in a iPhone 7..

Must be iOS 14 and iPhone 11’s..

Hi all.

If any of you are still having this problem, could you try the steps below please?

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Follow the on -screen prompts.

You may need to set up you WiFi connections again after this.

Chris

Hi, have tried all these solutions and still no 4G. Any other tips/ideas?

Hi @HuffleFluff

Welcome to the community.

Could you try backing up your iPhone and then restoring it to factory settings please?

Chris

Me too! I’ve done everything to try and get it back, including a dreaded factory reset but nothing is working!

Nope, I have iPhone 7 Plus and gave done everything suggested but no 4g! My husband is in the same network but has sn android phone and gets 4g no problem! It’s the iOS 14 update it seems.

Didn’t work for me unfortunately.

Same here! I’ve done everything suggested but no joy!
