iPhone 11
Getting 4G but no internet or app access. Pay monthly E-SIM, I have plenty of data left on my account but won’t actually work, please help 😞

Mobile data is enabled and it’s iOS because it’s an iPhone 11
Just checked the network one and it’s known issues, thanks for the help on this

Is your phone showing signal bars, and are you able to make & receive calls?
Have you tried restarting your phone? Is mobile data enabled?
What's happening when you try to use mobile data on your phone?

Firstly it sounds like you're using the "check coverage" link on the website, not the "check network" link.
"Check network" will check for known faults, and allow you to report suspected issues that aren't yet showing.
Is mobile data enabled on your phone - are you using iOS or Android?

@safe0sam , If you have broadband, you can use wifi calling, which you can set-up in settings if you have not already done so, and that will work for data, text and calls.
