4G ROUTER - INVALID PROFILE

Hi,

just received 4G Router. Set up but 4G just keeps disconnecting. The laptop i use shows EE page with internet disconnected and underneath states Profile Invalid. Has anyone come across this issue?

 

Any help greatly appreciated

It's an EE error page. Dunno where it came from. Do you? What were you doing on your lappy to get it?

Just tried again. Its comes up on laptop as signal goes off on router. Signal going from 4 green dots (excellent signal) to zero all the time. Assume it bad signal but when turn router on it has excellent signal and then just goes off

EE said i should receive excellent coverage in our area!!
