What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.

You are already getting almost the top of your expected speeds. You're never going to get much faster. So you must already be on a Speed profile.

Nah I called tech yesterday he said I was on Standard. My line can definitely go faster, My next door neighbour getting 78 meg.

Your Maximum data rate is 63.3 Meg which is in accordance with the BTw estimate.

Doesn't seem much point in profiles that only differ by 1 Meg.

@samperry209That is merely your opinion, the facts state otherwise.

Okay fine. BT checker is wrong.

I wasn't referring to the BT checker but to your hub stats.

Okay well I found out the BT guy who was here last week did a lift and shift so I will just wait for DLM to do its thing.

Thanks
