4G Not working to send anything

My daughters phone is a second line contract. She’s had it for a few months now but having trouble with her 4G. She can receive Snapchat’s, WhatsApp’s and notifications but she can’t reply to anything. Any help would be appreciated! Thankyou.

Hi @Elaine1984
You need to disable the content lock on her line. You can do this via EE app.
If she can receive data then it will be the content lock which is the issue for sending.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

although it does keep dropping off! Weird….it is working much better than before though.
