4 FAILED deliveries

I upgraded my phone last week.
1. DPD arranged delivery but sent to home address not work address (my error) phone sent back to EE after 1st attempt
2. Order cancelled and re-processed, promised DPD Delivery on Monday. Did not come at all even though customer service advisors said it would
3. DPD arranged delivery promised Tuesday. Agent said it was coming with ‘no tracking’, I called back and another agent said it had not left warehouse. Agent then cancelled order and said sorry.
4. Agent organised an ENJOY delivery where the other account holder needed to be present (6-8pm at home) I then waited in. At 19:55 I get an email saying this was CANCELLED.

I am absolutely disappointed and frustrated at the POOR service I’ve been given by EE. FOUR failed deliveries. I’m FURIOUS

@ashlinrosenasr  The first one wasn’t EEs or DPDs fault. 

2-3 are the curriers fault.

4 one is Enjoys fault

EE are not at fault for any of this as it was yours or the delivery company at fault.

2-3 I was told by EE agents it was on its way, when another agent in the
afternoon said there was no tracking and it had not left EE warehouse. All
agents use the same system therefore I was mislead Ed

@ashlinrosenasr   Without tracking information it was never on it’s way.   DPD will text you to give you a rough time slot for delivery
