I've the galaxy watch on a 4G contract. The watch appears in my EE app but without showing any information other than its phone number. If i call that number I'm told I've called a wrong number. If I call or from the watch I'm told the same thing. I can see the watch in the wearable app and it shows ee as the network.
At the moment it's no better than a Bluetooth watch. Not a 4G watch.
Can anyone help?

Hi @Gruffi67
Did you get the watch via EE and has it worked before?
Thanks

Hi.
I got it from EE via the app. It all shows on my account. And has done for a week. Feel a bit miffed as I'm going to be charged for a watch that's no good at the moment

Hi @Gruffi67,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
You won't be able to call the number linked to your watch as it's just for billing purposes.
Does your watch's data connection work when away from your phone?
Thanks

That makes a lot of sense. Can't believe I didn't think to try that to begin with.
It works fine. I turned off the phone and the watch was able to text, dial and surf without any issues.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Cheers
