On Black Friday i i graded my sim from 20 GB to 60 GB for the same price. I thought i would get a new sim but as yet I've heard nothing and I've just checked on my app and for some reason EE have gave me 30 GB. Not sure what's going on. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

As the extra 30GB is not showing on your My EE app, I would give our Mobile Care team a call on 150.
They will be able to check your account for you.
