24+ of activating sim

Yesterday I got the iPhone 13 and a new SIM card which I got told by a member of staff that it should be working within 24 hours it’s now been 30 hours I can’t use either SIM card to ring 150 or anything and I don’t know what to do.

Hi @Berty3 

 

Many times EE supply a replacement SIM with new phones in case, for whatever reason, there's a problem with your existing SIM.

 

If your current SIM works and fits in your new phone, then just use that and there's no need to exchange SIMs.
