12pro blue delivery

Having originally order on the 22nd of Oct a pro blue I had to re order on the 6th November . No updates whatsoever . No delivery text nothing . Found out today it’s being delivered today . Pure fluke as I checked my billing app and it had updated to my new billing amount . No text off DPD to say it’s being delivered today nothing . Nothing off ee either . Obviously I’m at work due to being given no notice . So had to rearrange delivery for sat . Really is a shambles from ee and DPD

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive any messages from either us or DPD. It's really unusual that this would happen.
