not received new SIM

I added a PAYG sim to my account but did not recevie the new sim I was told I would have to get to then have the PAYG number moved onto the account via the new SIM?

Hi ordered over a week ago and told the sim must be replaced but has not
been received

Hi @Marko_1974.

 

Are you able to get in touch with our Customer Care team?

 

They will be able to check your account and see if a SIM card has been sent to you.
