12 Pro Max delay?

Hi,

 

I ordered a pro max yesterday and was advised it would be delivered today as the model I chose was in stock. 

Silver, 512gb. 

The phone never arrived. Any help would be appreciated.

To be honest it's getting annoying now, it's really quite simple, the phone is either "in stock" or "not in stock" if it's in stock then send the bloody thing. If it's not in stock then say so on the site. It's all about transparency,

Your screen shot shows the messaging that advises dispatch can take up to 28 days.

Why would dispatch be 28days for an "in stock" item? Easy it's not in stock! Disappointed with ee sales team, blatent false selling tactics.

Why does EE declare an item as in stock if not actually available?

 

Shouldnt the website says "limited stock" or just "dispatched withing 28 days-expect delays" but no "in stock"?
