100% early upgrade fee discount loyalty reward

On the EE app it states i have 100% early upgrade fee discount for being a loyal customer. However on the checkout on the website it is requesting the full upgrade fee. Customer services on 150 also state that i am not eligible for an early upgrade or loyalty discount. Slightly confused and very peeved at this. Any help or clarification on this please.?

Just for a little clarification of my issue. Am i eligible for a free early upgrade today as 150 state i am not till august very confused

@Shadowz  Remove your personal information from any image you post on here as this is a public forum. 

and you’ll probably find your early upgrade must be for a tariff that is the same or more costly than you have now.   It'll not be on what you what it’ll be on what EE will allow you to have for upgrading so early.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Did you sort this, i have the same issue and no matter what tarrif i choose the early upgrade fee is added.

Have you received notification that you are eligible for a early upgrade?

Yes a free early upgrade but upon checking out the early upgrade is still there

Are you selecting a tariff the same price or higher?

I've tried higher and lower looks like there's a few people having the same issue.
