I've got insurance for my phone i have claimed once before and paid the £100 access fee can i claim again on my insurance

If you are still paying for your insurance then yes.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
