Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

7th October I had ordered 26 September dpd will deliver it tomorrow got message from ee and dpd.

I finally received my blue pro max 256 today, 4 weeks and 3 days after ordering!

So I ordered my iPhone 17 pro max 256gb in cosmic on the 6th of October to be told it will be sent out within 28days but still nothing it says on the we order that’s now awaiting on delivery date it’s said that from the 27th and it’s not changed. Just want to know when will I receive it.

I ordered an apple 17 pro and got told it would be dispatched within 1-3 days but my tracking says it’s in back order after being told over the phone it was in stock

@Rederz  All colours and storage sizes of the 17 pro say there is a 14 day waiting period. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I ordered the iPhone 17 pro had a successful confirmation email have tracked it on the website and just says dispatched have had no dpd email or message to say when it will arrive ect can’t find live chat to discuss this
