Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

Hi @Jadesqui25 

Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly. 
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.

If the order wasn't completed, they can discuss what additional information we need to manually process the order for you. 

Just so you know, the upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank. We'll only complete the payment once the order is processed. 
If the order does not get completed we will not take the payment, and your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.

Welcome to the community,

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number which you will have to show the driver before receiving your device.

There are others that have ordered and orders are sent out on a first come first serve basis, so depending when you ordered and how many are waiting for theirs will depend when you will receive it.

What colour and storage size did you order?

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Cosmic Orange, stock guidance while placing the order 2nd October was - "Available to order -Expect despatch in more than 28 days from point of order", which means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible.
