Tracking new pay monthly

I ordered a new pay monthly phone yesterday. But have had no communication apart from the thank you for the order email..

Is this normal? When I check the tracking page and fill in my details correctly an error comes up.

@liamboylee  what phone did you order what model and what specification ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
It was a Google Pixel 10 pro
