When is my new phone due to be delivered
also the upfront payment has been paid twice can I have one refunded

What was the make, model, colour and memory size of the phone that you ordered?
It's tough to say why you were charged twice as an up-front payment.
If you still had time left on your line, there may have been an upfront charge to buy out of your previous line, as well as an upfront charge for your phone.
If you'd like to gain clarity on those charges, I'd recommend giving us a call so that a guide can take some details and get access to your account.
