I would like to confirm whether I will receive a new sim card for the update I have recently made to my monthly sim-only contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi @Wei_31383 

When you update your number to a new SIM only plan, you usually continue on the existing SIM card you have, unless you specifically request a new SIM card. 

We won't be sending a new SIM card if you have only updated to SIM-Only contract, however, the change generally takes place on the day you placed the order. 

We send a text message confirmation when your new plan has started. You can also check this through your EE app or by logging into you online account.
