Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

Alternatively you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about your specific order.

I've just checked our stock page and it looks like if you ordered your phone on the 20th of October, there will be around a 28 day wait for the phone to be delivered.

Isnt a need to anymore, tracking isnt synced but phone is in the hands of dpd and due tomorrow

Wow, I ordered mine on the 17th same iPhone pm silver 256gb and have had no updates! Can’t believe people ordering it after are receiving theirs in a week whilst people who ordered before are still waiting!

Wouldn’t have a clue why it’s been the case. I didnt expect it for at least 2 more week max. But with ee tracking saying its not been dispatched but the automatic dpd tracking via email shows its on the way to local delivery

Ordered exact same as you on 7th & I’ve had no updates. Told 28 days. Hopefully we will all get them soon!
