Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release.
Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

there is nothing that says you can upgrade anytime its just a standard info sheet saying about upgrade anytime, no, legal or contractual standing stating that upgrade anytime is part of the contract purely an infographic.

I tried twice online and kept getting a message saying they need to confirm some details and to call them so I did and he said it was an issue with the discount applied to it which was 12£ off a month! He couldn’t resolve and then they had a nationwide issue with T&Cs for flexi plans but he can do me a normal 24 mo th plan which worked out the same as the flexi without the discount. I am going to call back when it’s all died down to discuss giving me the 12£ discount they couldn’t do over the phone! Hopefully they will give it me

I've raised a complaint online, and also raised a complaint by emailing the CEO Marc Allera, and sent an email to the exec team.
was charged £100 for one of my lines and £30 for one of the others.. and I've also got a promise of discount but its not showing on my order confirmation..
Lets see if anything gets done about the fuss.

@garetc Yes! I'm in Spain at the moment, but the Mrs is at home. I took your advice and decided to go ahead on do one last Anytime Upgrade, then from next year I'll see what they've come up with or keep it a year and move over to O2.
I got the white PM 256. What did you decide to go for?

Ahh - mine went out because they kept getting in my way when I was trying to pace during the order process! I’m jealous of you being in Spain, it’s 8° here.❄️🥶
I got my final Anytime upgrade from EE (512GB PM NT) and a Switch-up from O2 (1TB PM NT), both expected within 28 days though.
I’ll rotate upgrades on each lines from next year.

I have my O2 mobile wifi due for upgrade this time next year, I got it on an 18 month contract because I lost the old Netgear Nighthawk Mobile, of course 3 days after the new one arrived I found the old one! Anyway... I'm not a fan of O2 but I always have 2 numbers on the 1 phone, I'll just get a sim only with EE going forward, but I'm pretty sure they'll come up with something, even if it's something you have to add on and pay monthly for.

Vodafone have just partnered with a company to do something on their version of Anytime Upgrade.
I’m sure EE will see the error of their way and do something similar.

I am the same . I have upgraded from a SIM only to now have a handset plan . Had an order confirmation email but not been asked to call them as have no phone number to call .
i check the order tracker and it shows my order (at the moment says it delivered 🤣🤣🤣) so what should I do ?
