Always get voicemail from ee

I don't know why I always receive voice mail from ee, and I have not received ee's call and can not refuse to receive, how to solve this problem

@Sophia66   How do you know it’s EE calling you ?   More importantly why would EE be calling you ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
