@codysmum Are you a contract customer? QR codes are to activate eSIMs only if you’re a contract customer. eSIMs are not available to PAYG customers.
Have changed over from PAYG to a contract?
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
