iPhone 16 & 16 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release. 

Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

Last year was a mess for EE, Let's hope things are different this year.

I'm inclined to agree with your stance but they said regardless of T&C's you've received regarding it they aren't valid.

Update **I'm an eejit, didn't read the destructions properly, sorted now**

I can't add my order number to the spreadsheet, says that it's not valid. It works on the ee tracking page.

After ordering a 16 Pro online at 2pm I got the email saying to call them with an xko number. After two hours and 10 minutes on phone - all sorted and yes I saw the anytime upgrade bit in the documents.

Wonder if anyone else has same issue…

i cannot get through to the customer services, nor i can preorder online… it says that i dont have any options when my contract runs put on 15th September this year…

very dissapointing.

perhaps someone can help me out?

I only have an XKO number - it wont let me enter my orde rinto the google form?
