Hello Again.
After last years MONUMENTAL thread became the second most popular thread on the entire website, (Over 400k views & 6k replies) I thought I'd make another for this years iPhone release.
Just like last year let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any related discussion around it.

i called in twice and they both couldnt find my order and that i needed to re-order over the phone and the waiting woudlve been 3 weeks.
I refused as i thought those sales people were pulling some kind of fast because they work on commision.
I hope they werent right

After a bit of dithering (I really wish they would release the costs/ charges ahead of the presale so you don’t have to pick one which is vaguely suitable in a rush to get the order in) I placed my upgrade and got the dreaded “more information required” message.
Called them straight away and after a 30 minute wait I finally got through to someone who said there was an issue with my direct debit details and he would have to rebuild my order from scratch, he spent about 45 minutes doing that only for the flex pay t&c system to crash at the final hurdle. He then offered me a standard 24mth contract with a discount added to bring the monthly payments in line with what I had originally wanted, very pleased with that as I’m not a fan of the separate phone credit agreement & airtime plan, after another half hour of him building that order everything was done with the order confirmation and 00 order number dropping in my inbox within minutes of ending the call.
So after nearly 2 hours I think I completed the easiest upgrade order I have ever done with EE, he mentioned I should be good for a launch day delivery but it could be pushed till early the following week.

Did you get a reference number when you ordered? Should be trackable if it went through.

i got a reference number starting with XKO and when i input it in the tracker it says
"Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.
Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD."
The confirmation email says everything was fine - i even got my Direct debit email almost immediately after submitting the deal so it must've gone through, surely?

Have you tried email address and phone number in the tracker with the XKO?
I ordered my Apple Watch Ultra 2 which was delivered a few days ago and the order would track but it randomly turned up, had to call to get the delivery PIN sent to another number and it redefined the following day.
