Physical SIM - Phone not allowed (with ee SIM cards)

Lost my iPhone 13 Pro Max so I phoned ee to get my sim and phone blocked incase it fell into the wrong hands. They sent me a new replacement sim to put into another phone - fine… But somebody found my phone a day later so I phoned ee to get the phone...

Just tried to get an Apple Watch to pair with my phone and EE website says I need PAC code, I don’t want to loose service on my phone so am reluctant to send this code over, please advise
