Refurbished phones

I’ve been advised to get a refurbished iPhone probably 11 or 12.  If I do this and wish to remain with EE ( I’m on SIM only at moment), will EE transfer my data etc to the new phone for me?

Apple watches

Hello. I am buying my son an Apple Watch (cellular version) and was wanting to know how to get an additional sim that uses the same number and plan as his Apple phone? Is that also an additional fee?
