I’m looking at buying the iphone 16 and noticed that on EE it’s £749 but on EE store it’s £719. I’m just wondering why, and I’m going to buy it in my local store as I may not be in for delivery. So if I buy it in an EE physical shop will it be the price of online EE or online EE store? Thanks!

The EE Store usually has separate pricing to all other channels, it is more likely for your local store to be the price of the SIM Free phone on the standard EE website or through your online account.
The in-store pricing for SIM Free may differ however, depending on certain promotions being unavailable to them.

@Kesbo23 The EE store is a separate shop, it’s an online only shop that any one can purchase from, no contract just the phone
Purchasing the iPhone with a contract be that online or via a physical EE store is a separate shopping area altogether. From a physical EE shop you can only have the contracts they offer you might get a better deal/tariff online or via calling customer support. You can always have the phone delivered to a store if you order online/via customer support. EE physical stores don’t sell the iPhone 16 without a contract.

Also bear in mind that any online purchase comes with automatic statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return.
EE retail shops don't offer this, on the basis that you have ample opportunity to inspect the goods instore before purchase.

Hi @Chris_B
They indeed do have the ability to sell SIM Free phones (without a contract) in EE Retail stores.
They may not advertise it very much as it doesn't do much for customer acquisition targets etc (which is what retail is all about), but you can buy most of the devices outright provided that payment is made with a card. No cash payments are allowed.
