MacBook Air 8gb or 16gb ?

Hello,

I’m looking to buy a MacBook Air but wanted to know if it will be the 8gb ram model or 16gb model? 
Since Apple do not sell the 8b ram base model anymore.

All 3 MacBook Airs that EE currently sell come with 8 GB (unified memory) RAM, e.g. Apple Macbook Air M3 15 Inch

This seems weird to sell an already outdated device for the same price as an upgraded 16gb model that’s available everywhere else…
