Hi, chose Apple Music as my inclusive add on, previously had an Apple Music student plan which I cancelled as I ordered my new ee plan, however when I click the link (http://applemusic.com/ee/welcome) I get the message “No subscription through EE”. How can I sort this before I lose my access to my music on Feb 7th??

Welcome to the community.
Can you check to see if the number is showing correctly in the phone settings?
If that is correct, can you restart the phone and then try the link again using mobile data, rather than WiFi?

Hi,
phone number is definitely correct, I’ve tried restarting and trying the link via mobile data as suggested but still receiving the same message saying there’s no available subscription through ee.
