somehow when I was messing I changed my location from UK to USA as I was prepping for my holidays and now I have lost my Apple Music add on. When I text 150 it says it’s already attached. Can someone please help me get it linked again.

Thanks for coming to the community.

There are a few things to try to help to get the Apple Music subscription working again.

The first thing would be to go to Settings > Apps > Phone and check that the mobile number is showing correctly. If it isn't, please try to amend it.

If it is correct, then turn off iCloud Private Relay in Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Private Relay and disable it.

Should that not work, then try to turn off WiFi and go to this Apple Music verification link to see if that lets you back in.

If you still aren't able to get access to Apple Music, give our tech guides a call and they'll look into this further for you.

@Baldynapper  Have you changed it back to the UK. ?  You don’t need to change the location on the device as this is for the location of the App Store you use and this will affect Apple Music as you use Apple Music UK not USA.

Hey @Chris_B yes it’s back to uk. I changed it as I wanted an app from USA store ready for our trip and you can’t get it over here. Don’t realise I would knock out my Apple Music.

If that hasn't helped, I'd recommend giving our tech guides a call @Baldynapper.

They can make sure everything is as it should be on the account. If it is, and any other steps they suggest don't work, they may need to refer you to Apple.
