Hi, I sent my Iphone 13 to be repaired with the mend andnlend aervice on the 22nd of December. I was given a time period of 5-10 days until I got it back. It has now been almost 3 weeks and my phone still hasnt even reachrd tbe repair shop. Why is this taking so long and who could I talk to to sort it.
