Sim not working

Just had new phone on insurance & my SIM card isn’t working please help I can’t get onto anything or phone anyone, it’s saying no service but picked up my number

@Jess94x  was this a replacement device for a lost device?  If so and that’s a new sim card it can take up to 24 hours to a the sim.   Try restarting the device a few times.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As @Chris_B has mentioned, for us to best advise you here, it would be good to know a bit of background on why your device was replaced.

If this was a replacement for a lost device, and the original SIM was lost too, we would expect the replacement SIM to have been sent pre-activated.

If you still have the original SIM, and this is the one that you tried in the new handset, then this should still be working unless you specifically requested a suspension or replacement.
