Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

OK. 512gb NT PM waiting on here. Ordered Saturday cause the Friday order was canceled by the rep for some idiot reason. Sigh. 

No tracking info or dpd received. Gonna stop checking. Tired. Typing this on the better xiaomi mix fold 3 so I don't even know why I'm bothering lol. Good luck all

That's maybe a good sign! The EE advisor I spoke to on Tuesday said that my new contract allowances would start when they ship the phone

I got the DPD notification this morning. Finally the app has updated to show my watch so I’m now certain the phone isn’t coming. Absolutely nothing from EE as yet. 

if the phone comes before the end of October, I’ve done well. Ordered on the Saturday morning because it wouldn’t work on Friday for anytime upgrades. 15 PM 256gb in natural which I guess is the most popular choice. Shambles of communication and the first time I’ve thought ill consider my options next time.

Is it possible that the watch and phone would ship under 1 tracking number? Happened to me with either the 11 and series 5 or 13 and series 7. Currently only have 1 number atm...
