iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

My tracking shows dispatched which I’m very happy about… but it says to My Address even though I picked store pick up. Is that just a mistake on the tracking page?

Hello! I ordered my iPhone 15 pro two days ago and have received an email confirmation. It says to expect it on release day. However when, I've gone on the tracking information on EE website, it says 'no information available'. I also haven't received any further emails about tracking/delivery. Is this normal? Thanks very much

Doutbful you will get it tomorrow, there are many people here that have ordered last friday between 1-5pm and still no notification today either. You never know though, doesn't seem to be throwing you into a first come first served queue.

Called CS up and they confirmed unlikely to get mine tomorrow and most likely Monday due to issues with stock? Not that I believe that, of course. 
He said “as each day goes by from pre-order day, the delivery day slips away by a few days”…

Doesn’t really make much sense tbh! Very confused. I guess it’s just a waiting game. Been told many different things. Any news on anyone else in the same boat? I pre-ordered Saturday 830am 15PM 256GB NT.

Ordered my 15 Pro Black Titanium yesterday around 2pm. Received a message at 8am this morning saying DPD have the phone and will be delivered launch day!

I am one of the Friday 1PM order (PM 512GB natural ti), resubmitted Saturday morning due to system issues and so far have not received any DPD notifications/EE tracker still showing expected delivery date as awaiting confirmation.  

This experience is like an annual gadget pilgrimage where most of us get tortured with the suspense/frustration of getting a device on launch day.   Most of us repeat this pilgrimage every year on our quest for the newest and latest phone 😄

“For your order - iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB Natural Titanium, the deliveries will start from tomorrow 22nd Sep 2023 and would request you to please wait till the tracking information is generated for It.”

I’m the same as you. Only difference is mine is 256gb. Also, I ordered at 1pm over the phone and EE then called me back at 4.30pm on Friday to take payment for delivery (all the rest had been approved).

Iordered phone at 4pm last Friday and still no DPD notification.

I ordered the Watch Tuesday and DPD have issued delivery notification for tomorrow 😞

I want the phone more than the Watch lol
