Hi guys, just hoping to get some info here.
I ordered my iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 BT on 3/10. I then received an email not long after on the same day stating that my order was confirmed. I then received a further two emails; one on the 11th October saying my order is still on track and the second one on the 18th October saying that my order is coming soon but that was it.
I understand there’s a bit of a wait, but when I placed the order on 3/10 I got told it wouldn’t be long, to then being told it will take 14-28 days and yesterday I got told just 14 days from the date of order.
I have been back and forth with multiple advisors through CS and I keep getting told the same thing on how it’s a ‘first come first serve basis’ and how they understand my frustration, the waiting days etc etc…
Nothing has been updated in terms of a delivery date, it just says ‘Awaiting Confirmation’ and this hasn’t changed from the moment I placed the order until now. Was wondering if anyone else on here has had the same issues with the Pro Max 256gb BT?
Feel like pulling my hair out!!
