Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I ordered on the 28/9 - was told between 14-28 days. I had an update this morning saying my order was still on track, but no updated date. I spoke to someone on live chat, and they said it’ll be another 10 days maximum, don’t know if I believe them though.

Hey all, have been following this thread everyday since ordering, here’s my 2 cents lol - Ordered 15 Pro Max NT 256 on 30/09 (order no 0033428…) and was told the phone would be delivered by the end of Oct. My contract actually ran out on 21st so I rang to query whether any charges between now and my new phone being delivered would be pro-rata to my old, cheaper contract. They couldn’t confirm for me so offered me 7 days credit on my account for the new, higher contract. 

I was told this “should be enough” so hoping it will come before the end of the week, looking at these comments I have little faith though! However it does fit in with there being a big delivery of phones this week, we’ll have to wait and see.

 Mine changes after 7 to 8 days but is full of rubbish, on the top is saying awaiting ..

Patiently waiting to see if DPD text me with delivery. My EE tracking has said dispatch within 24 hours since late last night. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Ahh nice. I'm waiting on 512gb. Wish any luck if they have yours they have a bunch of sizes in NT.

For 2 weeks my EE tracking said expected delivery 20-24 oct. Then on Friday it changed back to awaiting confirmation and no dates given. Then last night at some point it has changed to dispatch within 24 hours. So hopefully this week. I’m starting to get impatient now 🤣. Feels like forever since I ordered.

On EE over the weekend the 512 was expected dispatch within 7 days. As I was almost tempted to change spec. So hopefully you will get yours soon.
