Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Hopefully I get the same message as you in the coming days, I’ve had no updates at all and still sat with just the XKO order number. Had ordered the same product and everything just on the 5/10/23 so hopefully but it’s such a struggle to get any info

Got my pre order for my 15 pro max 256gb (natural titanium) to match my ultra 2 I have to wait 28 days 😭🥺 but very excited 😝

Well they've got until tomorrow for the phone to magically appear, after then it's been my 28 days.

Called ee today paid early update was told new iPhone 15 pro max  been delivered tomorrow  Wednesday  just shows if you can get next day delivery now  only ordered it at 3 pm today did have dropped message  stating Wednesday delivery I’m in Lancaster

You should believe DPD over EE, as DPD will be the ones to notify you when EE have handed over the parcel and are delivering it to your home address. Unless you've ordered something else that is using DPD, I expect it to be your iPhone. What model 15 Pro did you order?
