Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Trust me, he confirmed they have no access to warehouse movements but asked me for a mobile number of a friend whose order has had a delivery notification that was placed after mine so he could check and escalate if needs be. Clearly I dont know mobile numbers here to do that! Just annoyed me even more as a customer my word wasnt  good enough for him to actually just say they f***ed up! At the end of the day Friday, the 28th day so ill be calling back to again on Saturday to  issue a formal complaint of miss-selling (that scares the **bleep** out of them) and see what compensation they will offer! Anything less than a month free and I’ll keep it open for the 8 weeks and escalate to the ombudsman under miss-selling! Given this whole fiasco and no DPD notification it definitely is not coming Friday!

This is the only time is had no case/ screen protector on it, love the colour - I did have a 14 PM but honestly one of my worst iPhones ever, seemed like the buggiest I’ve ever had for some reason and stainless steel was always in a case but all chipped away on the front edge so happy to have titanium as it seems abit more sturdy!

FAO: people who've just had dpd info.

In the dpd app, what does it say under 'tracking activity'? I've got a mysterious parcel appeared this morning.

Ordered a 15 Pro 256 NT last week and was assured a 'Friday 13th' delivery. But having looked through this thread I don't hold out much hope 😅

Did you get the pro or pro max? I ordered on the 20th and still haven't even received an 03 number yet so I'm really curious as to where the hell my order is

Eeeek! I think I’ll be getting mine soon as my sim has been swapped according to Vodafone (as I’m changing from VP to EE!) and changing my # over to EE. 
Frigging hope so!! I’ve been waiting way too patiently for this blooming phone!!! Had the case and screen protecter nearly a month 😳 15 PM NT 256 ordered 19/09 @ around 5/6pm originally ordered at 8am but order failed 😁 Order # 0033162

I also ordered on the 19th September, PM NT 256 003314 and was told I would have by the end of this week.. 😩 don’t think that is the case ☹️

Dead on 3 weeks today since I ordered my 15 Pro Max 512 in NT... I will await my normal weekly email saying it's on track... track for something but it''s not movement clearly lol. Order number:  0033200... Frankly I just hope I get the text saying about the on track thing because until talking to someone at EE yesterday the person who made the order put a number that does not get texts in HIS error so as long as I get to track movement via text then I'll be ok as I'll need DPD to have a working number so I get the pin needed to get my phone... 2024 is looking likely at this point lol.
